ODPT: Clause relating to the protection of personal data

In compliance with our data protection policy, we inform you of your rights, set out in article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.

To this purpose, we inform you that your data is incorporated into a file whose responsible is ABGAM, SA, with registered office at Centro Comercial Salburua, Av Bruselas, 8 (Of 16-20) 01003, Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava) (Hereafter ABGAM). The purpose of this file is to have a database of candidates for job offers that may arise within the company.

Mediante la cesión de sus datos personales a ABGAM, usted autoriza al tratamiento y la cesión, en su caso, de sus datos personales.

By assignment of your personal data to ABGAM, you authorize the processing and transfer, of your personal data. Your personal data will be incorporated into our database and processed in order to include your application in all those selection processes that, at the discretion of ABGAM, fit your profile.

The acceptance of these conditions implies your express authorization for sendinf electronic communications to your email address. Such authorization includes the sending of job offers and training courses. You can always exclude yourself from this service by following the instructions in the emails you receive.

In accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Royal Decree 1720/2007, you have a period of thirty days since the receipt of this communication to express your refusal to process the data, warning you that if you do not decide, it will be understood that you consent to the data-processing.

If you want to exercise your rights of access, rectification and cancellation on your personal data, you can:

Likewise, you agree that your personal data held by ABGAM, SA, with registered office at Centro Comercial Salburua, Av Bruselas, 8 (Of 16-20) 01003, Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), with NIF number A-01022904 assigned to the ABGAM-SEGULA Group company so that they can analyze the possible adaptation of their professional profile to their job offers.
